The Ghosts of the Mojave are ambient server anomaly. They consist of those that still roam the wastes even after their time has come to an end. They whisper numerous things to players including questions, and personal comments, and even mimic statements previously made by other players.
Not much else is known other than these entities can't physically be seen.
