Killing Voyeur will damage the player's karma to The Strip, which indicates his original whereabouts are more central to Nevada. Killing him does not stop his return, which marks him more as a suspected anomaly rather than an NPC. | Killing Voyeur will damage the player's karma to The Strip, which indicates his original whereabouts are more central to Nevada. Appearance
Voyeur appears for unknown reasons on a player's location and is reported to point and laugh at the face of its victim, before disappearing. According to sightings, he is usually seen at night time and targets players who have recently done something that could be considered embarrassing. Not much else is known about why he does this, or what his appearance in the wasteland serves.
Killing Voyeur will damage the player's karma to The Strip, which indicates his original whereabouts are more central to Nevada. Killing him does not stop his return, which marks him more as a suspected anomaly rather than an NPC.
